Your use and/or access to the My Doggy Bag website and its products/services are subject to your agreement of the below Conditions of Use. The agreement is between you and Topdog Barkery Ltd trading as My Doggie Bag. The name appearing on your bank statement will be My Doggie Bag.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the My Doggie Bag website you hereby waive and release Topdog Barkery Ltd from any and all liability in respect of any and all costs, losses, damages and expenses suffered by you which arise in connection with any Topdog Barkery Ltd product or any breach of these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that no other warranties, representations, written or verbal, have been made that are not reflected herein.
All content on this website is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use of these materials may violate such laws. All software used on this website is the property of Topdog Barkery Ltd or their software suppliers.

It is not meant to take the place of the advice of your pet’s veterinarian.Only veterinarians who examine your pet can give you veterinary advice or diagnose your pet’s medical problem. Privacy policy
Top dog Barkery Ltd respects your privacy and wishes to safeguard the personal information you provide to us when you become a member. My Doggie Bag website may be hosted with a service provider. Its agreements with them protect the information that it collects from any unauthorised use. Topdog Barkery Ltd does not share any information about visitors to this website with any other companies for any reason unless you authorise us to do so. We do not sell mailing lists and we will not disclose your personal information or email address, unless we believe we are required to do so by law.
Customer Service Policy
My Doggie Bag takes every precaution to ensure that your Goods arrive on the specified day and in good condition. If there is a problem with your delivery or on arrival of your Box there are a number of resolutions depending on your particular situation. We do operate a refund policy in the form of a replacement Treat Box in the event of a non-arrival. Please email details to woof@mydoggiebag.co.nz
If you change address and fail to update your details on the My Doggie Bag website you will be liable for your goods arriving at the wrong location. We will not be responsible for any delays to your delivery if the reason is outside the control of My Doggie Bag or our employees.
Cancelling an order
In order to cancel future deliveries and membership, we require the cancellation to be completed by you before your next signup anniversary payment. Failure to cancel within this 30 day time frame may result in you incurring a charge for your next Delivery. At this point, no refund policy applies.

Price / Payments
The prices shown on the My Doggie Bag website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST. All transactions are processed in NZD. Top dog Barkery Ltd is a New Zealand owned and operated business. The prices for My Doggie Bag goods may be subject to change with one payment cycle notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next cut of date as outlined in the FAQ section of the website. Topdog Barkery Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend promotions or discount offers at any time without warning. Topdog Barkery Ltd will only debit your card monthly in line with your signup day or at another time directed by you.
